POLICY
Deposits are required for all rental, labor, equipment and
service charges for all events. There are two categories of
payment: 1) Rental Fee; 2) Miscellaneous Costs. The rental
fee is for the basic rental of the facility. The miscellaneous
cost payment covers all other costs incurred, i.e. labor,
equipment and service charges.
New events without a demonstrated history of success, inadequate
references, no prior event experience or a record of slow
payment, at the discretion of SMCA, may be required to remit
100% of all fees upon execution of the Permit.
Repeat events with a record of slow payment, at the discretion
of SMCA, may be required to remit 100% of all fees upon execution
of the Permit.
